The rules that apply when you use the Dhangro website or retailer panel. Please read them before you register.
Dhangro is operated by Lakshya Tax Consultancy Services India Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at 81 Min, Nainital Road, Mundia Pistaur, Bazpur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand 262401. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Dhangro" mean that company, and "you" means the person or business using the website or the retailer panel.
By registering an account, or by using any part of this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
You may register if you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
You must give accurate information at registration and keep it current. Providing false details, or documents that do not belong to you, is grounds for immediate termination of the account.
You are responsible for everything that happens through your account. Keep your password private, do not share your login with anyone, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it.
We may require verification before activating certain services, and we may suspend an account while a verification or investigation is in progress.
Many of the services offered through Dhangro are provided by third parties, including banks, the NPCI network, billers, travel operators, insurers and government agencies. Their own rules, timelines and charges apply to those services, and we make them visible in the panel where we can.
We are not responsible for a third party's decision to decline a transaction, for delays in their systems, or for the quality of a service they deliver directly to your customer. Where something goes wrong, we will help you pursue it with them.
Your wallet balance is money you have loaded to transact with. It is not a deposit and it does not earn interest. You can request a payout to your registered bank account at any time, subject to any pending or disputed transactions.
Commission rates for each service are published in your panel and may change. Where a rate changes, the rate applicable is the one shown at the time the transaction is completed.
A failed transaction is reversed to your wallet. Most reversals are same day, but where a third party holds the funds, the timeline is theirs and may extend to several working days.
Complete transactions only in the presence of the customer they are for. Hand over a receipt for every transaction. Never retain a customer's Aadhaar number, card, PIN or biometric data, and never complete a transaction on behalf of someone who is not there.
Charging a customer more than the applicable fee, or a service charge you have not disclosed to them beforehand, is a breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, where verification fails, where a regulator or partner requires it, or where these terms are breached.
You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Any wallet balance is paid out after settling pending transactions and any amounts due.
We provide the platform on a reasonable efforts basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, and scheduled maintenance or a partner's downtime may make a service temporarily unavailable.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the commission we earned from your account in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or goodwill.
We may update these terms as services, partners or regulations change. The updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
