What information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We collect what we need to register you, verify you, and complete the transactions you carry out. We share it with the banks, billers and partners who actually deliver those services, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell it to anyone.
From you when you register and use the panel:
Automatically when you use the website or panel: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP. This is used for security and to understand how the service is used.
When you complete a transaction you enter information about your customer, such as a mobile number, a consumer number, an Aadhaar number or passenger details. We process that information only to complete the transaction and to meet the record keeping the law requires.
Biometric data used for Aadhaar authentication is captured by a registered device and passed directly for authentication. It is not stored by us and it must never be stored by you.
We share information with the parties who are needed to deliver a service you have chosen: banks and the NPCI network, billers and operators, travel systems, insurers, and government agencies for services such as PAN and tax filing.
We also share with service providers who work for us, such as hosting and communication providers, under agreements that limit them to that purpose. We disclose information to law enforcement or a regulator when we are legally required to.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by anyone else.
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period the law requires, which for financial records is generally several years. Support conversations are kept for a shorter period unless they relate to a dispute.
Access to personal information inside our team is limited to people who need it for their work. Data in transit is encrypted, sensitive fields are stored in encrypted form, and access is logged.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Write to support@dhangro.com from your registered email address and we will respond within a reasonable period. Some requests cannot be fulfilled where a law requires us to keep a record.
The website uses cookies to keep you signed in, to remember preferences, and to measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the panel will not work correctly without them.
We update this policy as our services and obligations change, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
